Join Magnificent Missouri for the first of a five-dinner series sponsored by Magnificent Missouri to celebrate Missouri’s food history and support conservation to keep Missouri
A remarkable chef and an unequalled location – Josh Galliano, 2012 James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for best chef in the Midwest–and the Audubon Center at Riverlands, located in over 3700 acres of restored prairie marsh and river bottomland forest.
The dinner takes place on Sunday November 4, 2012 at the Audubon Center at
Riverlands, overlooking the Mississippi River.
Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and rhythms of our great river wildlife habitats. Arrive at 3:30 pm for a short “birdwalk” with a knowledgeable guide. Enjoy award-winning Missouri wines and local beer at 4:30 pm on the Center’s deck and overlook, with a Native American dinner featuring fresh, local ingredients at 5:30 pm.
