This 1 hr program includes a slow-paced walk focused on unplugging, tuning into senses and nature's beauty. Clear the mind, unwind, awaken the body and make new discoveries! Masks are recommended and social distancing guidelines will be observed. This class will begin outside the Audubon Center at Riverlands building.

How are these wellness walks structured?
Riverlands Staff will begin with a gentle breathing exercise accompanied with some simple stretches. Participants will calmly walk at their own pace along various trails in the sanctuary. Along the wellness hike, participants will be encouraged to utilize their different senses for an opportunity to truly unplug and be in touch with nature. Following the wellness walks, participants will enjoy a native plant tasting surprise! These opportunities are welcome to everyone!
