This 1.5 hour program is a part of our Riverlands Wellness Series and includes a slow-paced walk focused on unplugging, tuning into senses and nature's beauty.
Clear the mind, unwind, awaken the body and make new discoveries! Masks are recommended and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
This class will begin outside the Audubon Center at Riverlands building and will explore different trails on the Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary each month.

How are these Trail Treks structured?
Riverlands Staff will begin with a gentle breathing exercise accompanied with some simple stretches. Participants will calmly walk at their own pace along various trails in the sanctuary. Along the wellness hike, participants will be encouraged to utilize their different senses for an opportunity to truly unplug and be in touch with nature.
