Connect with nature in this 90 minute art class and discover the fun in creating your own natural charcoal from plants! With guidance from Audubon staff, participants will each make their own plant-based charcoal and a DIY nature journal made from recycled materials. At the end of the class, each participant will leave with their very own nature sketch book made from recycled materials and a bundle of sketching charcoal. Socialize and learn nature-based arts all while enjoying a beautiful sunset at Riverlands! The Nature Art Works class takes place each month during our Wellness Series on the porch outside the Audubon Center at Riverlands.
Masks will be required and physical distancing will be observed.
